South Africa's constitution protecting sexual orientation turns 30 this year, while Cape Town Pride itself turns 25. Today the exciting news was announced that World Pride will be hosted in Cape Town in 2028. But interestingly, President Cyril Ramaphosa ghosted the SA queer community in this year's State of the Nation Address.
